Uncertainty Can Be a Good Thing

As a Tarot Reader and Astrologer, I have the privilege and ability to be able to divine future events. I have no qualms about doing it for others, but when it comes to my own life, there are times when uncertainty can be a good thing. I’m sure other Tarot Readers and Divination Specialists can relate to what I am talking about. There are plans, goals, wishes, and objectives that you want to see through to the very end without having knowledge of the outcome. For instance, I applied for a small business loan this week and now I am waiting to hear back from the finance company to see if my application is approved. I have a vague idea of when I will hear back from my loan representative, but I am not really sure how this will all pan out. Now I can easily consult the cards, but in this case I’d rather remain ignorant of what’s to come. Why spoil all the fun by knowing in advance? Well, actually to find out that I was not approved would not be any fun at all, but even with that, I’d rather know later than sooner.

I must admit that this period of uncertainty that I am traversing is creating some anxiety within me, but still not enough for me to reach for those cards. I do have a little peace of mind in that I can see what is coming down the pike for me astrologically by looking at my transits and progressions. That’s all I need to know for now.

I also, believe that the Universe has a system of checks and balances set up when it comes to doing divination on the self. One cannot possibly know every aspect of his or her future and I don’t believe that it’s meant for us to know. If complete foreknowledge of every life situation were a possibility, the playing field would be severely imbalanced giving some of us god-like powers. I mean, if you were able to know every detail of your future, why bother even getting out of bed every morning? Some of the future may be revealed to those who practice divination prior to its manifestation, but a large portion of it will remain largely unknown so that we may learn the lessons necessary for our spiritual evolution. What is a test if you already have access to the answer key? What is the purpose of faith when you are already aware of what’s to come?

Some things are just better left unknown until their manifestation in the material world. I’m patiently waiting despite having an arsenal of divinatory tools at my disposal.

Psychic’s Vision Helps Solve Child Murder Case

Terry Smith

A psychic has revealed that she was the one to help police discover the body of the autistic 11-year-old boy in a shallow grave near his home after he had been missing for three days.

The woman’s vision reportedly led her to the area about 100 feet from Terry Dewayne Smith Jr.’s mother’s home in Menifee, California where they found the boy’s body buried.

Riverside County Sheriff’s Detective John Powers confirmed to a local radio station that Ms Ragland did play a pivotal role in helping them find the boy’s body.

Mr Powers says Ragland called a tip line about her vision, and was invited to join the search.

He says Ragland and her children came to the house without knowing it was the boy’s, walked on to the property and right to the partially buried body.

Mr Powers says he searched the area previously himself without seeing it.

This revelation comes the same day that the boy’s father, who lives in West Virginia, said that Terry was not autistic and that he had spoken to him before he disappeared when the boy asked him if he could go visit.

The 11-year-old had lived with his father, Terry Smith Sr., in West Virginia up until 2001 when he went to live with his mother Shawna in California. Shawna now lives in Menifee with her longterm lesbian partner, Denise, and her son from a different relationship.

That 16-year-old boy, Terry’s half-brother, has been charged with the murder and now a hearing will be held to see if he will be tried as an adult or a child.

Ingo Swann From: Encyclopedia of Occultism & Parapsychology * 4th Ed.

Swann, Ingo (1933-2013)

Prominent American psychic research subject, parapsychologist, and author. Born September 14, 1933, at Telluride, Colorado, he studied at Westminster College, Salt Lake City, Utah, receiving a double bachelor’s degree in biology and art. He enlisted in the U.S. Army and served three years in Korea, after which he worked for twelve years at the United Nations Secretariat while pursuing an independent art career.
Swann’s active participation in parapsychology research began in 1969 when he was 36 years old. During the next twenty years he worked only in controlled laboratory settings with scientific researchers. Although he lectured widely on the importance of psychic faculties and potentials, he has never publicly demonstrated his abilities. Because of his participation in hundreds of thousands of experimental trials, author Martin Ebon wrote of him as “parapsychology’s most tested guinea pig,” and Psychic News and other media often refer to him as “the scientific psychic.”
During the 1950s and 1960s, because of psychic potentials partly evident in childhood, he became actively interested in occult and parapsychological literature and in a variety of novel mind-development programs which took positive approaches to the enhancement of ESP potentials.
